ibetph is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. This is a legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
ibetph operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of ibetph from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
Each individual may hold only one ibetph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. ibetph reserves the right to merge or close accounts found to be duplicates of an existing registered account.
Any attempt to defraud ibetph or other players — including bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ibetph are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. ibetph reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
ibetph is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time. Self-exclusion is available to any player who requests it. ibetph follows PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines without exception.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ibetph and all registered users of the ibetph platform. Access to and use of ibetph's services — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, arcade games, and the Super Fruit Machine — is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1.2 By registering an account on ibetph, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any ibetph service. Continued use of the ibetph platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with ibetph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 By registering, you confirm that you are not on any self-exclusion list and that you are not registering on behalf of any person who is subject to a self-exclusion order.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ibetph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ibetph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. ibetph is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ibetph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). ibetph is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Currency. All ibetph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ibetph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. ibetph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ibetph deposit page and may vary by payment method. ibetph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ibetph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification. ibetph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ibetph may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in ibetph's fee schedule. ibetph will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.
5.1 ibetph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ibetph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 ibetph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
6.1 All games available on ibetph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by ibetph or any third party.
6.2 The rules applicable to each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, ibetph reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. ibetph will not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
6.4 ibetph reserves the right to suspend or void any wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game has been compromised.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ibetph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the ibetph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of ibetph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ibetph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ibetph content.
8.3 The ibetph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ibetph. You may not use any ibetph trademark without prior written consent.
9.1 ibetph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ibetph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 ibetph may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

10.1 ibetph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
10.2 ibetph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
10.3 ibetph complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and supports the responsible gaming initiatives of the Philippine government.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibetph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ibetph platform.
11.2 ibetph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ibetph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ibetph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ibetph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 ibetph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in any prohibited conduct.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ibetph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting ibetph support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.4 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
13.1 ibetph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of the ibetph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to ibetph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.3 ibetph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures.
